Submitting photos and graphics for your newsletter
We encourage clients to send in as many relevant photos for their newsletter as possible. A newsletter with lots of eye-catching photos is much more likely to attract readers than a publication that has few graphics.

If you have photos from a digital camera, you can e-mail us the photos directly, you can FTP them to us, or you can mail us a CD that contains your photo files.
If you have photos to submit from a film camera, you can simply get your photos developed and mail us the prints, which we will scan and insert into your newsletter.
Digital camera tips
For best results in taking photos for your newsletter with a digital camera, we recommend using at least a three megapixel camera (the higher the better). And — most importantly — you should set the camera to take photos at the highest resolution (and largest photo size) possible.
